This one was important to us for many reasons: It was the first real shot Tooth and Nail/Solidstate Records gave us at fully producing a record for them. It was our first time collaborating with Invisible Creature, despite having known Ryan socially for many years now. And it was our first time having to get sent to the hospital for neck-and-headbanging-related injuries. Bruno had a real task here with recreating a lot of this art, which was originally only meant for a 4x4” CD space, but he absolutely killed it. I loved handing Jimmy Ryan his very first copy ever, outside he & Kelly’s Ice Cream shop in Indianapolis. We embraced & smiled at how far life had taken us.
