Sometimes, actually, all times, the true stories of working with our friends in camp @underoathband end up being stranger than any fiction we could invent.
Here comes a retelling of the first conversation I had with Aaron in about June of 2022

: So, I recorded an all acoustic studio version of “Southern Weather” that I want to put out on vinyl during my next tour.
: Okay, rad. When is your tour?
: In about 5 weeks.
:
:
: Um…. We could probably design you a CD & have it to you in 5 weeks, but, uh…
: Perfect. Our first show is in Atlanta, just have enough shipped down there. Maybe do like 250 of em or so. We’ll do the vinyl after sometime…

(Sometime later passes)

: Also, I recently unearthed the original Demo recordings I did prior to Southern Weather’s recording, let’s put those out too.. and do a repress of the studio record since it is like $120+ everywhere.
: We’re gonna need a bigger boat.

Thanks to Tom Gnolf, Lockatade & the team over at @RevolverMag for letting us play in the sandbox with them. This is one of the nicest packages we’ve ever made to honor an album’s release, & we really stretched ourselves in new ways with this one. Given the value you’re getting here, & the demand for this album to be repressed for so long (I have had folks asking us about that CD for months now: we never even saw one IRL ), I suggest you all consider ante-ing up for this super limited pressing before they are gone.
